Refund policy

Parth Patel Fine Art – Refund & Return Policy: All artwork is made to order using premium materials, including limited edition and custom pieces; therefore, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor color variations due to screen differences. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible. Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly thereafter. In cases of lost or missing shipments, please notify us within 7 days so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Slight variations in color, tone, or presentation due to monitor settings, lighting, or material differences do not qualify as defects.
